Abhishek Agarwal, an alumnus of ENPC, France and Marathawada University, India, a IT service industry veteran, who is currently serving as the President of Judge India & Global Delivery at The Judge Group headquartered at Philadelphia has also turned an author with the release of his first book titled, ‘The 3I Effect’.
Abhishek has been very fond of discussing and trying the formula of 3I—Intent, Intelligence & Integrity— over years and convinced about its magic effect, he decided to write a book about it. “The 3I Effect is written with a motive to solve a staggering problem in the Modern Era – the lack of a well-rounded and happy life. From one’s younger years to professional endeavors and marriage, this book can act as a guide. This 3I formula can assist the masses in channeling their inner motivation, finding balance, and living a well-rounded life,” he says. The books contain lessons from his own extensive career of an IT industry service professional and leader.
Former Uttar Pradsesh Education Minister, Dr. Ravindra Shukla, who is also the International President of Hindi Sahitya Bharati, a national poet, and a litterateur – graced the launch as the chief guest on September 17.
