iLEAD Kolkata launches executive education division, offers newer courses

Kolkata-based iLEAD (Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development) has started its executive education division, iLEAD Academy, this year and will focus on sectors such as sports, finance, tea industry, hospitality, lifestyle, tourism, and more.

The academy offers three types of courses namely – Curated courses, Certified Diploma courses and Capsule courses designed to meet the unique needs of corporates, driving employee productivity, creating future leaders, and crafting customized learning journeys.

The inauguration ceremony held last week witnessed the launch of five professional diploma courses that will be conducted in association with esteemed industry partners: Real Estate Management in association with PS Group, Sports Management in association with Protouch Sports, Digital Marketing Management in association with Eleven INC, Wealth Management in association with IIRWM, and Tea Management in association with Tea Vision Trust.

Among those who were present incuded Pradip Chopra, Chairman, PS Group and iLEAD, Tapas Saha Professor, Corporate Trainer, and Domain Expert for Financial Planning and Wealth Management, Hemant Mediratta, Founder, One Rep Global, Indrajit Bhalotia, Founder, ProTouch Sports, Arun Narain Singh, Founder, Tea Vision Trust, Ashok Bhargava, Chairman, Tea Vision Trust,  P K Bhattacharjee, Secretary General, Tea Association of India, Mr. Atul Asthana, Managing Director & CEO, Goodricke Group Ltd, . Nayantara Palchoudhury, Chairperson, Tea Research Association, Mr. Arijit Raha, Secretary General, Indian Tea Association,  Pranjal Neogi, HR Head, Goodricke Group Ltd and  Rummy Anand, Managing Director of HMC, the moderator of the session.

The event also witnessed the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between iLEAD Academy and the industry partners. Speaking about the launch, Pragya Chopra, Executive Director of iLEAD said, “With cutting-edge courses and a commitment to excellence, iLEAD Academy is set to redefine the future of executive education. It aims to provide dynamic, industry-relevant education, driven by a passion to empower individuals for success in a rapidly evolving world.”
