ODM Public School, Bhubaneswar has been recognized as one of the “Best School with Active Learning.” Dr. Satyabrata Minaketan and Indumati Ray, co-founders of the ODM Educational Group, received the honor at the House of Lords in London during the World School Summit. The award, presented by Lord Daniel Brennan.
Hosted at the Palace of Westminster, the event brought together education leaders from across the globe to reflect on policy shifts, student-centred learning, and school impact models. While presenting the award, Lord Brennan noted the importance of creating educational ecosystems that respond to both local needs and international benchmarks—a space in which ODM has increasingly gained attention.
This recognition places ODM among a small group of Indian institutions to be honoured on an international stage for its efforts in creating dynamic, learner-centered classrooms in Odisha as well as India.
Speaking after the ceremony, Dr. Satyabrata Minaketan, Founder-Chairman of ODM Education Group, said, “I am honoured to accept this award that felicitates ODM’s emphasis on values-driven education and modern pedagogical tools that helps nurture young minds in a way that prepares them for the world.
