Gyan Prakash and Bhavyman Sharma, representing Army Public School, Hyderabad, have become champions of the TCS InQuizitive 2025. The national finals, hosted in Mumbai on December 8, after an exciting 12-city journey, brought together the top 12 school teams from across the country for an intense and high-energy contest for the coveted national title. The composure, precision, and ability to stay calm under pressure set the winners, Gyan Prakash and Bhavyman Sharma, apart in the final moments, earning them a historic victory in one of India’s longest-running quiz competitions for high school students hosted by Quizmaster Pickbrain (Giri Balasubramaniam).
The national finalists were awarded trophies in recognition of their performances, and the top teams received gift vouchers. This initiative reflects TCS’ commitment to nurturing young talent by fostering curiosity and creating platforms that encourage students to discover, learn, and innovate. Through InQuizitive, TCS continues to support the next generation of thinkers as they grow in a world shaped by AI, quantum computing, and rapid technological change.
This edition of TCS’ flagship interschool quiz saw participation from over 3,800 teams representing more than 600 schools across India. In 2025, TCS InQuizitive energized audiences across 12 cities: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Indore, Chennai, Nagpur, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Kochi. Over the years, TCS InQuizitive has engaged students from classes 8 to 12, encouraging them to explore concepts across information technology, science, sports, engineering, art, and current affairs. The tour revived the excitement of on-ground quizzing, drawing students from major cities as well as nearby towns and reinforcing that a passion for learning knows no boundaries.
