EY, a multinational  in advisory, assurance, tax and transaction advisory services has launched a first-of-its-kind EY Tech MBA for all its people worldwide, in collaboration with Hult International Business School in the US. The degree is offered completely free of charge to all people, irrespective of tenure or position, as part of EY’s wider commitment to skills and learning. In addition, through its innovative virtual learning model, the new MBA allows EY people to develop the skills and capabilities they need from anywhere in the world, on a schedule that suits them.

On the launch of the program in India, Sandeep Kohli, Partner and Talent Leader at EY, said, “The EY Tech MBA with Hult, is more future-focused than most MBAs with a flexible curriculum, from leadership skills to the latest emerging and disruptive technologies. In my view, this is the very first unique program in the world of business education and it offers all EY people the opportunity to develop both the technological skillsets and business mindsets they will need to continue to provide exceptional client service and thrive in tomorrow’s workplace.”

Delivered entirely online, EY people studying for this MBA will be able to build their own personal curriculum from a broad range of subject areas, from artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and robotic process automation (RPA) to employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and sustainable business practices. Candidates will earn their degree based on a combination of 16 EY Badges spanning three pillars — Technology, Leadership and Business — followed by the completion of three pillar insight papers and a final project.

The MBA will be awarded by Hult International Business School, which is renowned for its skill-focused approach to education and commitment to practical learning. Hult is the first triple-accredited business school in the US and regularly ranked as one of the top business schools in the world.
