Arthan Careers‘s Annual Human Capital Summit on Dec 19

Scheduled to be held at The University of Chicago Centre, New Delhi on Dec 19, the summit will bring together social impact organisations, job seekers looking for senior leadership roles, investors and those interested in the sector, to one platform. Like the first edition, this time too, it will attempt to facilitate dialogue, collaborations, talent search and funding initiatives during the course of the event.

This year, the conversations will be centred around themes such as ‘Gender, Inclusivity and the Social Impact Sector’, ‘Navigating the Transition: From Corporate to Social’, ‘Organizational Design in the 21st Century’, ‘Effective Coaching and Mentoring’ and ‘The Role of Government in supporting Civil Society Organizations’. The list of speakers include eminent names from the field like Barry Kirsch, BKP Media; Moutushi Sengupta, MacArthur Foundation; Yamini Aiyer, Centre for Policy Research; ShriyaSethi, International Innovation Corps; Sanjay Kadaveru, Action for India; ShehziaLilani, Amani Institute; Sucharita Kamath, ANDE;  Ruchi Sarin Sharma, Central Square Foundation; Shiv Kumar, Catalyst Group; SmitaDeorah, LEAD Scool; Tarun Sharma, Nagrika; ManasRath, BORDA; Saurabh Nigam, Omidyar; Abhishek Gupta, NCT of Delhi amongst others.

The summit will also act as a platform for interaction between employers, job-seeking candidates and investors, creating employment opportunities and funding environments thereby. This year, the event will have 150+ attendees, who are leaders and entrepreneurs from the social impact sector, representatives from NGOs, Government, CSR officials, impact investors and members of foundations.

Since its inception in 2016, Arthan Careers has been relentlessly working to transform the human capital function of the social impact sector, offering strategic hiring support, skill development within organizations, capacity building initiatives and knowledge sharing conventions.
