Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan (MBCN), a charitable school for special children working under the aegis of Ponty Chadha Foundation (PCF) in Noida successfully concluded its 25th Annual Day Function – Silver Jubilee.
The annual day event, themed around “Flashback,” offered a captivating journey through time, evoking nostalgia and celebrating the evolution of our community. The program unfolded like a nostalgic cinematic experience, with performances and presentations that traced the history and growth of the organization. Highlights included reenactments of iconic events and a multimedia timeline that illustrated the remarkable changes over the years.
The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches from Trustee Manpreet Singh Chadha, who shared his personal reflections and milestones.
He said,” For 25 years, Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan has been a beacon of hope for countless special children. MBCN’s dedication towards providing quality education and support has empowered these students to reach their full potential. I am grateful for the tireless efforts of our teachers and the entire MBCN staff.”
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Vandana Sharma, Director and Principal, MBCN School, said,” Our mission has always been to create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported. By providing specialized education, we aim to equip our students with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in the world. The 25th Annual Day was a testament to the incredible progress our students have made.”
As the event drew to a close, attendees were left with a profound sense of appreciation for the past and an invigorated enthusiasm for the future, making the “Flashback” theme a perfect homage to the journey we have all shared. The event witnessed a participation of over 300+ students.
There was also an annual award distribution ceremony wherein the school felicitated the teachers for their contributions and students for their achievements in various category mentioned below:

Student of the Year: Kunal Jaiswal
Dancer of the Year: Muskaan
Attendant of the Year: Sonwati
The staff members Ms Vibha Srivastava, Ms Sarita Sachdeva, Ms Renu Choudhary, Mr Vishal Diwakar, Ms Sunita Jha and Mr Ramu Diwakar were also given “Silver Year Loyalty Award”, for their long tenure of services.
MBCN is an educational cornerstone of providing holistic ground for the well-rounded development of children with special needs, since its establishment from 1999. The school provides rehabilitation services and support towards mental health, skill development, and behaviour management. The rehabilitation services include early intervention, Speech therapy, Special education, Sports training, Physiotherapy, Yoga Therapy, Occupational therapy, Counselling, and Vocational training. Since its inception, more than 25000 kids have passed out with flying colours from the institute and are now living a dignified and well-deserved life of self-dependency.
