SAI International School Bhubaneswar’s E-Summer Camp commences today

Students from Play Group to Class XII from SAI Angan, SAI International School and SAI International Residential School will participate.

Bhubaneswar situated, SAI International School has come up with a unique Summer Camp. It has shifted its annual Summer Camp from the offline to the online mode, defining a new normal. The first of its kind E-Summer Camp commenced today and will continue till June 14, 2020. There are interactive and engaging Expert Session for parents as well as the students in the evening from 6pm to 7pm, on varied topics.

To provide students an immersive learning experience, age-appropriate activities are designed, keeping in view students’ interest level and aptitude for learning. The participants will also have an opportunity to skill-up their knowledge in Photography, Videography, Video Editing, Mix Media, Animation and Photo Editing. From strengthening the body and mind with Yoga, Aerobics, Zumba and Dance, to honing their creativity with Clay Modeling, Origami, Paper Collage, and expanding their creative horizons through Sand Art, Sculpture & Pot Painting, the participants will have a creative time. Sessions on performing arts like Drama, Role Play and Puppetry as well as Music will be held to refine their aesthetic sense. There will be Master Chef session for students inclined towards sharpening their culinary skills.

Founder and Mentor, SAI International, Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo said that, “every possible step is been taken to ensure that the children are actively and constructively engaged as well as enriched with the new millennium skills. Competent Resource persons from India and abroad are roped in to train the students on various activities, which will be an amazing experience. International and National Speakers of repute will address the evening Expert Sessions, making the Summer Camp unique in true sense”.

There is no learning complete without personality development. To help the students enhance these skills, there are sessions on Communications, Table Etiquettes, Dress up, and Soft Skills as well as Life Skills. For the students inclined towards Literature, there are sessions on Poetry Reading, Creative Writing, and learning to Write a Book. There are sessions on Health & Wellness, Sports & Fitness and on Skin & Hair Care, to keep reminding our students about the importance of health and wellbeing, 

Everyone loves magic. To introduce children to the mind-blowing tricks, there are sessions on Magic Show. Like every year, children are brainstorming to come up with creative ideas to make something useful from the waste materials during the session on ‘Best out of Waste’. There is storytelling session for the small children to let their imagination fly to the lands of fairies and superheroes. This year SAI International will introduce students to the Basics of Spanish as a language, which is one of the most popular languages of the world.

Among the speakers at eSummer camp are – Guruji C.B. Satpathy, Spiritual Thinker, Writer and Philanthropist, Mathematics Educator, Anand Kumar, the first Blade Runner of India and Kargil War Veteran, Major D.P.Singh, Official Miss India Trainer and International Grooming Expert, Sabira Merchant, CEO Mumbai Dubbawala, Dr. Pawan Agrawal, Bollywood Playback Singer Shri Krishna BeuraTheatre Personality and Public Speaker,  Sharon Prabhakar, Motivational Speaker Akash Gautam, will provide great insight on their areas of expertise. Actor, Radio Personality, VJ and Television Presenter, Shri Kuna Tripathy and Leading Stand-Up Comedian Shankar with Team will prep up the participants with their witty talks. Prince Dance Group, the Winner of India’s Got Talent, will entertain with wonderful musical performances.
