The Super 30 founder Anand Kumar feels time has come for his Super 30 coaching institute to move beyond Patna and also the magical figure of 30. He says, Super 30 will online next year in order to serve nationally. Super30 also plans to increase the intake of students in Bihar to 100 from the present 30.

Anand Kumar was delivering a special address at an interactive session with Vasvi Bharat Ram organised by the FICCI Ladies Oranisation (FLO), the apex body of business women in the country in New Delhi on Aug 30.

“In view of growing demand, Super 30, has decided to increase its reach and access. By next year, admissions will not be confined to students of Bihar only.  Apart from Bihar, it will be open to students from other states. The procedure of admission will, however, remain the same – through test,” Kumar said while adding  that education is the only way people can find solutions to all pressing problems in the world.

Taking about Super 30, the movie, which is based on his life, he said, “This film is not about Anand Kumar, but about all those teachers who put in all their effort for the bright future of students. And after seeing this film, every child from poor family will be inspired to work hard because everything is possible with hard work. And schools with better infrastructure and ACs don’t matter much.”

“While it is common to see people fight for equality in education, not many look at equality in quality education. Only quality education can help the world fight grave issues like poverty, illiteracy, and deprivation. Since the last 39 years of existence, FLO has been working towards promoting gender equality and helping women claim their rightful place in society,” said Ms Jayanti Dalmia, President, FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) while speaking on the occasion.
