Praxis Business School, a business school in Kolkata focused on building Digital Leaders of the future, concluded yet another successful DayZero — their campus placement process, for the 2023 batch.
The highest compensation and average compensation received by the Praxis PGDM 2021-23 batch reached an all-time high of 17.60 lac per annum (LPA) and 9.46 LPA. The July’22-April’23 batches of PGP in Data Engineering (PGPDE) received highest compensation of 16 LPA and the average compensation of the batch became 13.14 LPA, a record in itself among all Data Engineering courses in India.
Students of Praxis PGP in Data Science (PGPDS) also received the same highest compensation, with the average 12.85 LPA. All these within 4 months of the course, with 5 months of their program still remaining. The average hike achieved by students over their previous salaries was 134% with the highest hike being to the tune of 433%.
Leading recruiters such as PwC, Wells Fargo, Tata Steel, ITC, WNS, EY, HDFC Bank, Kantar, ICICI Bank, Hero FinCorp, Bandhan Bank to name a few — participated in the campus placement process. Not to be left behind in picking up top talent, which is more than 80%, interviews kicked off at 5AM in the morning.
