ABBS Group holds Cos Sphere 2025 with ICMAI, Bangalore Chapter

Proving to be a dynamic platform for students from various colleges and states to showcase their skills, knowledge, and strategic thinking in the realms of business and finance, Cos Sphere 2025, organized by ABBS Group in collaboration with the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI, Bangalore Chapter) attracted a diverse group of participants, including students from ICMAI chapters in Coimbatore, Kochi, Hosur, and Bangalore on March 25. The event also welcomed undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional students from prestigious institutions across Karnataka and other states of India. The high level of participation and enthusiasm showcased the fest’s growing reputation as a premier platform for business and finance enthusiasts.

The fest featured a series of intellectually stimulating activities aimed at fostering analytical thinking, teamwork, and professional acumen. The day commenced with a grand inauguration ceremony at the BMR Auditorium, at the ABBS Campus, which was filled with enthusiastic students, faculty, and guests from across India including CMA G.N. Venkataraman, Former President, ICMAI (Chief Guest), CMA Vishwanath Bhat, Chairman, SIRC (Chief Guest), CMA Dr. Abhijeet S. Jain, Chairman, ICMAI Bengaluru Chapter, Dr. Madhumita Chatterji, Director, ABBS School of Management and others.

Key Events & Competitions

The fest hosted a range of highly engaging competitions and workshops, challenging participants to think critically and apply their knowledge in real-world business scenarios. Some of the key events included:

  • Case Study Analysis
  • Quantum Sphere (Business Quiz)
  • Best Manager Competition
  • Finctuality (Mock Stock Trading)
  • Wealth from Waste (WoW)
  • Ad Wars (Marketing Challenge)
  • Venture Summit (Entrepreneurial Event)

The Cochin Chapter emerged as the overall winners, proudly taking home the Rolling Trophy for 2025.

The event concluded with a grand scintillating and dazzling valedictory ceremony, celebrating the outstanding achievements of the participants. The ABBS Group and ICMAI pledged to continue their efforts in expanding horizons in Cost and Management Excellence, inspiring students to Aspire, Accelerate, and Achieve greater heights.
