Adiuvaret Research and Education Foundation (AREF), Pune, in collaboration with the Global Business School and Research Centre (GBSRC), Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, has announced the launch of its Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) Partnership Program.

The initiative aims to empower preschools, educational institutions, NGOs, training centres, and skill development organizations to establish and successfully operate One-Year and Six-Month Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) Programs under a comprehensive academic and operational support system. Unlike conventional affiliation models, the AREF-GBSRC partnership offers an end-to-end solution that enables institutions to focus on student development while receiving complete academic, training, and business support.

Dr. Biranchi Jena, Director AREF talking on this initiative said, “Teachers are the foundation of every child’s future, and the quality of preschool education begins with the quality of teacher preparation. Our vision is to make high-quality Nursery Teacher Training accessible to every individual who aspires to contribute meaningfully to early childhood development.”

Educational institutions, schools, colleges, NGOs, women empowerment organisations, coaching institutes, and skill development centres interested in expanding their educational offerings can become authorised NTT partners. The model provides a structured framework with complete academic resources, operational guidance, branding support, and certification.

The initiative also creates entrepreneurship opportunities for educators and educational organisations wishing to contribute to the development of India’s early childhood education ecosystem.

Institutions interested in establishing an NTT Training Centre under this franchise model are invited to contact AREF for detailed information regarding eligibility, partnership process, and programme implementation.
