The message at the annual (5th) conference & exposition of the Indian chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM, esb 1948), held on September 29-30 in New Delhi and attended by over 1000 HR professionals and others, was clear that the need for organizations is to be bold in their HR practices.
