The Student council at NMIMS Indore Campus is organising ‘Pen to Prosperity: The Narendra Modi Manuscript Challenge’ – a unique initiative towards providing undergraduate, postgraduate and school students (standard XI and above) from across the country a platform to showcase their literary genius and admiration for the Prime Minister’s visionary leadership.

Selected manuscripts will become a part of the book to be authored by Dr. Vinay Kandpal, which aims to chronicle the inspiring life and transformative governance policies of the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.

The ‘Pen to Prosperity: The Narendra Modi Manuscript Challenge’ is a nationwide challenge open to students from every part of the country. Participants are eligible to submit a maximum of two manuscripts of a maximum of 2,000 words each in English. The submissions will be reviewed by a specialised committee and the best entries will be selected to feature in the final manuscript. The winning participants will be awarded with a certificate and co-authoring opportunities.

Entries for the Manuscript Challenge will be accepted through Google Forms https://www.nmimsindore.org/competition/

The last date for submission of the manuscripts is 31 October 2023. The results will be communicated within two weeks of the submission deadline.

The book aims to capture a wide range of audience including supporters, critics and researchers seeking a comprehensive understanding of Shri Narendra Modi’s life, political career, and India’s changed political landscape after his elevation as the Prime Minister of the country. The book will provide readers an opportunity to analyse his leadership style, accomplishments, and challenges. It aims to explore his vision for the nation through transformative policies and will present a balanced account of his leadership’s impact on the political, economic, and social realms.

Dr. Vinay Kandpal has over 19 years of rich experience in academia and industry. He has published 52 research papers in leading journals and presented his work at globally renowned universities. He has also written five prolific books on varied topics of management.
