Target Learning Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (TLV), a publishing house in Mumbai, recently held a career guidance workshop in collaboration with Vidyarthi Prerna Kendra (VPK). The event, which took place in Thane, provided invaluable career insights to students from rural areas of Maharashtra currently residing in Mumbai for their education.

The impactful workshop was led by Chandrakant Mundhe, a well-known Maharashtra State Board counselor. Mr. Mundhe engaged students with crucial questions, encouraging them to deeply consider their career paths, assess their capabilities, understand the necessary steps for specific courses to apply to, gather required documentation, and anticipate job prospects. He emphasized the importance of speaking with professionals already successful in their chosen fields.

Beyond traditional academic routes, Mr. Mundhe provided comprehensive information on in-demand skilled courses, competitive examinations, and vocational training options. He strongly advised students to align their skills with market demands, recommending additional skill-based courses to complement their degrees, thereby enhancing their employability.

“I always tell my students that in today’s competitive job market, simply graduating isn’t enough. Acquiring additional skills is absolutely essential to stand out. I extend my best wishes to all the students who attended this workshop,” he said.

“Our core philosophy at Target Learning Ventures is to empower every student, guiding them not just through their academic journey, but towards a future where their full potential can flourish,” affirmed Sachin Kodolikar, Executive Director, Target Learning Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

“Our mission at Vidyarthi Prerna Kendra is to ignite potential and provide opportunities for students, especially those from rural backgrounds who are striving for education in Mumbai,” stated Sharad Yadav, Student Coordinator, and Sopan Babar, Operations Assistant.
