Lovely Professional University (LPU) hosted a transformative business session, “Bizconfluence 2024: Decoding Tomorrow’s Business DNA,” bringing together business experts, industry leaders, and students to explore the intersection of AI, automation, and human creativity in shaping the future of business on Dec 4. The event promised a wealth of insights into the strategies driving innovation and entrepreneurship.
National Film Award-winning actor turned motivational speaker, Ashish Vidyarthi, captivated the audience with his dynamic presence and profound insights. Sharing his journey from humble beginnings in Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar to an illustrious career spanning over 350 films in 11 languages, he reminded students to embrace resilience and individuality. It doesn’t matter where you come from—what matters is where you’re headed,” Vidyarthi said, advising students to chart their unique paths in life and business. He further inspired students to adopt a mindset of continuous learning. He said “Keep dreaming, even if your dreams have been broken once. My first film didn’t even release, but I didn’t give up. Later, I worked in some of the top films which shows the importance of persistence, adaptability, and using technology positively.
The event also featured a round table discussion with renowned business experts Dr.Sanjeen Sawhney, an industry leader, Gaurav Ghai, a career strategist, Sanjay Kathuria, a finance expert, Arnab Nayak, startup mentor, Harshak Sinha, a marketing specialist. They addressed critical topics such as the implications of AI and automation on the job market, the importance of developing high-demand skills, and practical advice on starting and scaling a business. The panelists encouraged students to focus on creativity and problem-solving, stressing the value of creating impactful content and leveraging digital marketing.
