Sunstone Education Technology Private Limited, a higher education company of India, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with  PhysicsWallah (PW) to jointly introduce ‘Samvedna’, a holistic mental wellness program designed for student support and well-being. Through ‘Samvedna’, Sunstone aims to foster a safe, inclusive, and mentally resilient campus environment.

With this initiative, Sunstone takes a major step towards institutionalizing mental wellness as a core pillar of accountable education, ensuring students not only succeed academically but also thrive emotionally. Under this collaboration, PW will deploy its Team, comprising full-time, qualified counseling psychologists. A dedicated helpline, powered by advanced case management systems, and direct access to psychiatric intervention for critical cases, will work towards providing immediate and effective support.

A joint Samvedna Committee, including Sunstone and PW , will oversee program operations, review monthly dashboards, and ensure rapid escalation of high-risk cases. With Samvedna, PhysicsWallah and Sunstone are working towards taking a step forward in making mental wellness a strategic, data-driven, and compassionate priority in education.

Commenting on the collaboration Ashish Munjal, Co-Founder & CEO of Sunstone says ‘Samvedna’ is a structured step towards ensuring that our students receive professional, timely, and compassionate support throughout their academic journey.

Alakh Pandey, Co-founder & CEO, Physics Wallah adds, “Samvedna is a model that will try to combine proactive outreach, professional counseling, and real-time intervention.”
