The 20th edition of SIESONS 2018, the annual intercollegiate festivalĀ of SIES (Nerul) College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Navi Mumbai, held on January 19-20 saw a huge footfall of euphoric student crowds at various innovative events, dazzling creative performances and a fabulous concert. The theme of this year’s Ā SIESONSĀ  fest was Ā ā€œSafarnamaā€ , a presentation of Ā the beautiful journey ofĀ SIESONSĀ over the past 20 years.Ā The tireless preparation and efforts of the 300 student workforce over past several months went off perfectly well and became a rewarding experience as the curtains fell on memorable festival that was a huge success.

SIESONSĀ has also created a platform for the budding students to showcase their talent in events like Surnama (solo singing) , Street Dance, Paint ball fight, Spotlight, Glow the Glass, etc. According to Ā Milind Vaidya, Principal, the students worked hard for this event for the past four months, and ā€œit’s their sheer talent and hard work that has lead to this event’s grand success.ā€

Following various events that took place during the fest in the college campus, theĀ SIESONSĀ committee along with its 350 volunteers organized a mesmerizing concert featuringĀ  Bollywood music sensation, Amit Trivedi and his team, a first in Navi Mumbai.Ā The versatile singer lit up the entire event with a dazzling performance. The college was jam packed with music lovers who thoroughly enjoyed themselves grooving to the beats of the song.

ā€œOur efforts for organizing this event has definitely paid off, and we are delighted by the response that we got from the visitorsā€ said Aashutosh Katta, General Secretary. The event ended on a high note only to keep the people waiting for the magic that would unfold next time!
