Physical Education Department of Delhi’s Miranda House (college for women), recently hosted a workshop on “The Subtle Art of Making Yourself Stand Out”. The workshop aimed to provide students with an understanding of how to enhance their personality for personal and professional environments and featured three eminent speakers – Smarika Khari, CEO and Founder of The Xperts Team, Deepti Malik, COO of The Xperts Team and Simranjeet Singh Kalra, Journalist and Corporate Trainer. The event was inaugurated by Prof. Bijayalaxmi Nanda, Principal.

The speakers shared their expertise and insights on various aspects of personality development, including communication skills, body language, self-confidence, and presentation skills. The interactive session also included exercises and activities to help students improve their skills and enhance their overall personality.

During the workshop, Smarika Khari, CEO and Founder of The Xperts Team, said, “I’m both honoured and humbled to be here. We have hosted many corporate events before but this one was special as I’m a Mirandian too.” She also added “Enhancing your personality is not just about looking good, it’s about feeling good and projecting your best self. It’s about developing your skills, your confidence, and your ability to communicate effectively. By investing in yourself and your personality, you can stand out in any environment, personal or professional.”

More than 100 students from the College Sports Department attended the workshop. Dr Amita Rana, the Head of the Physical Education Department, Miranda House, expressed her satisfaction with the event and congratulated the students for their enthusiasm and active participation in the workshop.
