Career Mosaic, an international student recruiter for U.S. universities, has announced a strategic expansion into Europe through new partnerships with leading institutions in Germany, Ireland, and France. These countries are witnessing a significant surge in demand from Indian students seeking affordable, high-quality education and clear career pathways.

This move is part of Career Mosaic’s broader mission to offer Indian and South Asian students access to credible, future-ready international academic programs beyond the traditional destinations of the U.S., UK, and Canada.

Some of the prominent European universities now partnering with Career Mosaic include:

  • Germany: Gisma Business School, IU University of Applied Sciences
  • Ireland: University of Limerick, Griffith College
  • France: Collège de Paris, Kedge Business School, Istituto Marangoni

These universities are known for their applied learning models, industry-oriented curricula, and strong international student support, offering programs in business, technology, hospitality, design, and healthcare.

“Our focus is on expanding access to credible academic options in countries that align with the evolving aspirations of Indian students. By collaborating with a wide range of institutions-many of them industry-focused-we’re helping students pursue meaningful international education and career pathways,” said Manisha Zaveri, Joint Managing Director,Career Mosaic.

Recent trends clearly highlight the growing preference among Indian students for European destinations. In Ireland, Indian student enrolments surged by nearly 50% in the 2023–24 academic year, surpassing 7,000 students. France is also witnessing a significant uptick, with the country expected to welcome 10,000 Indian students in 2024—an announcement made during Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Paris as part of a bilateral education initiative. Meanwhile, Germany has firmly established itself as a top choice, with over 42,997 Indian students enrolled as of January 2024, reflecting its reputation for affordable, high-quality education and strong post-study work opportunities.

“We’re not just connecting students to universities—we’re curating opportunities that are relevant, accessible, and aligned with future goals. Our partnerships go beyond brand names to focus on student outcomes,” she added.

Beyond Germany, Ireland, and France, Career Mosaic’s European network also spans Spain, Switzerland, Georgia, Malta, and the Czech Republic, offering a broad array of disciplines and post-study work options.

In addition to Europe, Career Mosaic is expanding operations across Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka, bringing its personalized and ethical approach to student recruitment to more regions in South and Southeast Asia.
