The partnership is anchored around the Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park, Bhopal, under the Madhya Pradesh skill-development ecosystem, involving the Directorate of Skill Development, Madhya Pradesh and the Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development & Employment Generation Board (MPSSDEGB).

Magic Billion, a global talent mobility company, has signed an MoU with the Government of Madhya Pradesh to create structured international career pathways for skilled and trainable youth from the state. The MoU was signed in the presence of Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav; Hon’ble Minister of State, Department of Skill Development & Employment, Shri Gautam Tetwal; and Ms. Aditi Garg, IAS, Project Director, M.P. Skill Development Project on Sep 9.

The initial opportunity pipeline will focus on Germany and other European markets across technical trades, manufacturing, engineering-related occupations and vocational and apprenticeship pathways. The programme will cover candidate identification, skill and language preparation, assessment, employer linkage, documentation, visa support, deployment and post-placement support.

Col. (Retd.) Basab Banerjee, Co-Founder & President, Magic Billion, said, “Global talent mobility is not simply about recruitment. It requires government, skilling institutions and employers to work together around actual labour-market needs. This partnership strengthens Magic Billion’s vision of building such an ecosystem at the state level, where candidates can be prepared for specific international opportunities and supported through the journey from training to employment.”

Under the partnership, Magic Billion will bring its international employer network and expertise in candidate screening and profiling, technical and language preparation, employer coordination, documentation, visa and deployment support.

The Government of Madhya Pradesh and its skill-development ecosystem will support access to the state’s youth and skilled talent pool, candidate mobilisation and coordination with relevant training infrastructure and government skill-development stakeholders.

The next phase will focus on building the candidate pipeline, aligning training with employer requirements and facilitating international selection. The programme can subsequently be scaled across relevant districts, training institutions and occupational categories based on employer demand and availability of suitable candidates.
