Free two day micro-learning program for classes 8-12 by GuruQ

GuruQ, a digital integrated platform that connects students and tutors  will be conducting a free micro-learning program designed for students from classes 9 to 12 on Entrepreneurial and Soft Skills. The two-day program – GuruQGyaan, began at Eros Hotel Nehru Place, Delhi on June 29 and 30, and will resemble a corporate-style training session. It is meant for smart teenagers who want to broaden their horizons and develop skills crucial for success. The modules of the program offer insightful inputs and practical guidance to teenagers, and will be conducted by industry experts and professional trainers.

The micro-learning modules include Making Business Plans, Leadership & Team Management, Sales-Marketing-Branding, Networking & Relationship Building under Entrepreneurial Skills and Time Management & Productivity, Effective Communications, Personality Development and Motivation and Positive Thinking under Soft Skills.

While corporate training programs are conducted over a day or two, these programs have esspecially been designed and adapted for teenagers, and presented as micro-learning modules of 90 minutes each with interesting content to keep the young participants engaged.

The modules will be presented in a manner that is best enjoyed by youngsters – fun sessions presented through a combination of media including visual imagery, memes, fun videos etc. The GuruQGyaan program is available to 200 students on first-come-first- serve basis who will get an opportunity to choose 2 of the 8 learning modules on offer.

Speaking about the unique program Minal Anand, CEO of GuruQ, said, “This free-of-cost training has been designed for students from Classes 9 to 12 who are curious to learn beyond their curriculum and keen to know how the real world works. The program will definitely help them to think out of the box and encourage their overall development.”
